Print What You Want to Preserve

What if the only way to view your parents wedding photos was on a floppy disc? USB drives are nice for now, but who knows when they will go the way of the floppy disc. Print today's moments so you can enjoy the memories for years and generations to come. It has been said that in "50 years, the most photographed generation in history will have no pictures." Don't let that be you. Ask about prints.

Davis Kids

The whole reason  I got into photography in the first place was so I could take pictures of my kids. I moved to a small town when my second child was born and there was no place that I knew of to take pictures and document mile stones.
To me, it is so important to take pictures. I want to document life. I want to look back and have pictures remind me of the big and small events that make up our collective family history.
So I got my big camera.
And I rarely ever took pictures of my own kids.
I tried to fix that this summer.
I can't tell you how much I love these four kiddos.

Guzman Fam

I get it.
Sometimes it is really hard to get the WHOLE family together. Maybe you live in different cities. Maybe You only have one day off a week. Maybe you just want a family picture that you don"t have to work so dang hard to get. Enter the Guzman family. "I just want something simple. We haven't had a family picture in over 10 years." Sometimes, you just need to capture a memory with those you love and move on with your life.
So here it is.
There is a lot of love between these family members. It was really fun to watch them interact. This was a fun and easy shoot. Thanks for being great, guys!

The Woods Family

Not everyone likes pictures...can't get around that truth. For some taking family photos is a special time in which you are able to preserve a precious moment, age or stage of life. For others it equates to watching paint dry or having your teeth pulled. This family is a great family, their little girl was just not ready to be captured on film. So I improvised. She wouldn't leave mom's side, so mom's legs are in the pictures with her in one shot (in another shot I erased mom's legs) She wanted an apple so bad, so we took a picture of her with her apple. The point is, you got roll with what you got. I think we got some great pictures even though not everyone wanted to cooperate!

Ella- Newborn Photography

Ella is the sweetest little baby! She belongs to one of my really good friends and it was so fun to take these pictures of her. I think it took close to four hours to get these shots. In between each pose she would have to nurse because she didn't like being moved around so much. Once she was full, she would settle right down and we would continue on.

Tristen- Boy Senior Photography

Tristen is such a good kid. This was such a fun shoot with him!
